The terms that govern your use of EVS services and our website.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the EVS website or booking any of our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
EVS provides maintenance, repair and warranty services for electric and hybrid vehicles. All published prices are subject to change and may vary depending on vehicle condition after the actual inspection.
3. Bookings
Appointment confirmation is within 24 hours of booking. Cancellations less than 4 hours before may incur a small fee. Attending a confirmed appointment is taken as acceptance of the initial estimate.
4. Warranties
EVS warranty on workmanship varies by service type:
• Mechanical warranty: 12 months or 20,000 km.
• Body & paint warranty: lifetime on workshop work.
• Repaired battery warranty: 12 months.
• Extended warranties: as per the selected warranty plan.
5. Payment
We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards and bank transfer. Payment is due on car handover. Large packages may require a deposit.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the EVS website — text, images, logo, design — is our property. You may not reuse it without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
EVS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is referred to the competent courts in Riyadh.
